Trying Finnish Chcolate :)
Hello :)
As some of you may remember we went to Finland a few weeks ago and while we were there we felt like buying a few interesting chocolates that we can't get here. We bought three different ones and here are our honest reviews of all of them, so let's begin.
The first one we tried was white chocolate with raspberries, it was fairly reasonably priced, especially compared to most chocolates that drew our attention, there are actually a lot of different flavours of this chocolate, but this one sounded the best and there aren't any chocolates quite like this one here, so we bought it and it was just as good as we imagined, the chocolate wasn't too melty, but it was smooth and the raspberry flavour wasn't too artificial. So we would give it a thumbs up. If there was anything to fault about it, then it was a bit sweeter than the ideal, but white chocolate is very sweet usually and it definitely tasted like good quality white chocolate.
The next one was an apple and cinnamon white chocolate, which sounded like Christmas in a chocolate, but unfortunately, it didn't taste much like cinnamon, we hoped for a little more of that flavour, but the chocolate itself was really good nonetheless. It was another really unique flavour and we enjoyed it. The price of this one was definitely on the higher end, but not unrationally high, so we'd still recommend it.
The last one we tried was the Rocky Road chocolate, it was a milk chocolate with salted nuts, marshmallows and butterscotch in it, I wouldn't say that I tasted the last one particularly, but it was very good anyway, it was quite an experience and one I would enrol myself in again.
All in all, we liked all of the chocolates, but we tend to love almost all chocolates that have found their way into our lives, so it was to be expected. Hope that this post was somewhat interesting to read and we'll see you in our next one.
