An Exciting New Week Ahead :)
Hello :)
Today we're here just to let everyone know about the challenges that we have set for ourselves for the upcoming week, we have quite a few ideas and I think writing them down is the best way of memeorising them. So let's get into it.
Firstly, we have decided to plan all of our meals ahead (until friday) and buy everything we need in advance, to save money and make sure that none of the food would go bad or run out before the end of the week. We will also be trying to be as healthy as possible, while on a budget. We will definitely let you know, how we did at the end of the week.
The other goal we have is related to our stretching goal, we want to try and improve some of the yoga positions, we wish to master and this weeks pose is the crow pose, which I finally managed to hold for a few seconds and that inspired me to try even harder than I have before, we'll also let you know how we did with that.
Last, but not least we'll also try to fill more of our monthly goals, since we haven't been doing our best on that, anyway, that's just our little blog post about the plans ahead.
