The Pergale Chocolate Wars!

Maybe some of you have noticed that Pergale has a new campaign, where they have come out with three new variations of milk chocolate with roasted hazelnuts and everyone can give their vote as to which chocolate they liked the best. The three options were extra cream, extra nuts and extra cocoa. So we tried them all out and here are our top 3's.

Kai wasn't sure in which order she'd put the last two places, but she and I both agreed that the extra nuts one was the best. It tasted similar to Geisha chocolates if you have ever had them and it was generally just the tastiest one.

Her second place was the extra cream version, my second was the extra cocoa. Both of them were pretty good, not as good as the nutty one, but still enjoyable. As Kai said she likes both equally, her preference would depend on her mood, moon phase and type of tea she's drinking. I found the extra cream one maybe too sweet for my liking, but maybe it was just my mood, the moon phase and the type of tea I was drinking, you never know, there are endless variables.

All in all, we liked the chocolates, they were all fairly good, the packaging was extra cute and Eastery, so thumbs up from us for that, however, the real question is, would we buy any of these chocolates again? We came to the consensus that we'd buy the extra nut version again, the other ones, probably not.
