Happy Birthday Brendon Urie! :)

Happy 12th of April, as some of you may or may not know today is the 29th birthday of the fabulous Brendon Urie, from Panic! at the Disco, so we thought it would be a great time to write a bit more about him today, how we found him, our first impressions and so on. Lets get into it.

Brendon Urie is the lead singer of Panic! at the Disco and actually it's only current member, he started as a guitarist in the band, but when they realised that he has the voice an vocal range of an angel, they decided to make him the lead singer.

He was born in 1987 in St George, Utah, US. He has been involved in the music industry since 2004 and although mostly we can hear his singing while listening to Panic! songs, then he has done some songs with other artists too, which might be less known for some, for example the song One of THOSE Nights, which he sang with Patric Stump and The Cab and he has provided vocals for a few songs by Fall Out Boy.

As I mentioned before, by now he is the only one left from the original group, but he's still doing an amazing job on his own, he played in all of the instruments for Panic!'s newest album and while on that subject he really can play a lot of instrumentsguitar, drums, piano, bass guitar and a few others and probably one of his best instruments is his voice.

I first discovered Panic! at the Disco thanks to my sweet sister who found one of their songs I Write Sins Not Tragedies from YouTube and we both loved it from the first listen, now that I think back to it, it must'ev been around 5 or 6 years ago now, and it's still one of my favourite bands, even if their music has changed and evolved I still enjoy it very very much.

Kai's first introduction to Panic! at the Disco was a while back, but he didn't quite capture it's amazingness back then so I had to reintroduce her to Panic! and Brendon last year and she found herself mesmerized by their music.

Some extremely important  facts as well:

Brendon was ranked #6 for Music's Sexiest Single Men by AOL Music in 2007

When asked what superpower Brendon would have he said he would have invisibility. Not for just being invisible though, because your clothes can still be seen, but so that he could walk around naked without been seen, since walking around naked isn't socially acceptable.

Brendon likes to walk around naked at home.

He is a vegetarian borderline vegan.

One of his favorite songs is "In Your Eyes" by Peter Gabriel

He has synesthesia, which pretty much means that he hears music he can see it as colours or world circling him.
