Vegan Ice Cream Review: Fresko Ice Creams

Hello :)

We're here with another ice cream review, since there can't ever be too many. These ones are on the pricier side since they are vegan and luxury ice creams. The Ice creams I'm talking about are Fresko handcrafted vegan ice creams, the company is from Estonia and as far as I know their ice creams are currently only sold here, but if anyone should happen to visit, I'd recommend to check them out for a more luxorious experience.

The three flavours we decided to try out were coconut, raspberry & mint, and peanutbutter & cranberry. The ice creams can be bought in a beautiful glass jar, which can easily be used again in the future, it looks cute and can be used as storage or to carry food/snacks with you. Two of the flavours we bought in a jar, but the coconut one we tried at a festival, so we don't have an exact photo of it.

Anyway let's start with the raspberry & mint one, since it was the only sorbet we tried, it was a very nice combination of flavours, unfortunately it melted very fast and by the time we got home with it it had turned into a cold jam rather than an ice cream, it was good nontheless and we enjoyed it.

The second ice cream we tried was the peanutbutter & cranberry one, they had also added some maldon salt flakes in it and the combination of all three truly was delicious, we would dare to rate it our favourite. It wasn't too sweet nor too salty, it was perfect we liked it a lot.

Last one we had the chance to try was the creamy cocnut ice cream, which was very good as well, although I guess it was the least interesting flavour out of the three, it reminded us a bit of the OkoBay coconut ice cream, it was good, not too sweet and very enjoyable.

All in all we loved the variety of ice creams they offered, they were all very interesting, tasted natural, and definitely worth their money, although they're not the everyday ice cream to have, since they are more of a gourmet thing to have. We loved the packaging and also that at the festival they offered half off the ice cream price if you took a photo with their stand and posted it, it was a nice touch and gave more people the chance to try their ice creams.

That's all for today, but we'll be back with a new post very soon,
Kaiela :)
